As a Repair Analyst , you play a crucial role within the Circular Service Center in ensuring that returned products are expertly analyzed, repaired, and restored to the highest quality standards. Your work directly influences customer satisfaction, cost efficiency, and the continuous improvement of our production processes. You make impact by:

· Identifying root causes of failures and advising on technical solutions.

· Ensuring efficient recovery of products through accurate analysis, repair, and documentation.

· Supporting product upgrades and harvesting processes to maximize product lifecycle value.

· Providing insights that help improve manufacturability, test methods, and product quality.

· Acting as a technical expert and supporting colleagues and production teams.

· The work can take place either in a day shift or in two shifts. (You have the choice to choose which works the best for you)

For two shifts: Working hours: Morning shift 6:00 AM - 2:50 PM, Afternoon shift 2:40 PM - 12:00 AM, and during the afternoon shift on Friday the work is from 2:40 PM to 9:20 PM.

· MBO+ level education with strong electronics knowledge.

· Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, and manuals.

· Good command of the English language for forms and communication.

· Understanding of safety regulations, procedures, and quality standards.

· Strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem‑solving.

· Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Quality, and colleagues.

· A proactive attitude toward safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
