The opportunity

As a Manager Field Service Engineer, you are responsible for leading and coordinating Field Service Engineers in Northern Germany and Poland . You ensure high-quality technical support, operational excellence, and a consistent customer experience throughout the region.

Reporting to the Senior Manager Technical Support, you translate departmental and company strategy into operational execution. In this role, you work closely with different departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and support an integrated customer journey.

As a people leader, you foster a culture of trust, accountability, and continuous development. You act as a mentor, coach, and facilitator, creating a safe environment in which team members can perform, grow, and contribute to shared success.
