Logistics & Operations Coordinator

We’re looking for a Logistics & Operations Coordinator to support our Perth-based distribution and service function. You’ll play an important role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while working as part of a collaborative, high-performing team.

About the role

As Logistics & Operations Coordinator, you’ll support warehouse, dispatch, and customer service activities across our WA site. You’ll ensure accuracy, efficiency, and alignment between operations and customer needs.

Working closely with the Logistics & Operations Lead you’ll contribute to performance, support site coordination, and step into broader responsibilities as needed.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting warehouse and dispatch operations to meet delivery requirements
• Assisting with accurate materials handling, storage, and distribution
• Responding to customer and internal queries
• Supporting site operations, safety, and equipment coordination
• Assisting with performance tracking and reporting
• Working across teams to support operational and customer outcomes
• Contributing to process improvements and standardisation

What you’ll bring

• Experience in logistics, warehousing, or operations
• Forklift licence or relevant experience
• Exposure to ERP/MRP systems
• Experience in warehouse or high-racking environments
• Strong teamwork and communication capability
• Ability to manage priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
• A proactive and detail-focused approach
• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement
