Scope of This Engagement
At Napthens, you will play a key role within our Quality, Risk & Compliance team — helping maintain exacting standards across legal and business support teams.
Your day to day will include
- ✔ Conducting internal audits across the firm
- ✔ Identifying risks, control weaknesses, and opportunities to improve
- ✔ Producing clear, balanced audit reports
- ✔ Supporting action plans and following improvements through
- ✔ Coordinating ISO activity and accreditation requirements
- ✔ Engaging with colleagues to strengthen processes and outcomes

You are someone who is
- ✔ Methodical, organised, and detail-driven
- ✔ Comfortable explaining audit findings clearly and professionally
- ✔ Experienced in regulated or professional environments
- ✔ Familiar with ISO and/or Lexcel frameworks
- ✔ Able to build trust while still providing constructive challenge
