Job description
Flexibility with structure. Autonomy with real support.
Better Rehab is a clinician-founded and clinician-led disability and aged care provider. Our leaders understand the realities of clinical work because they’ve lived it. That means realistic expectations, genuine flexibility and a workplace designed for long-term, sustainable careers.
What You’ll Do
Based in Campbelltown (Remote or hybrid role with options to work from our Bankstown team as you want), you will provide OT services to Support at Home clients in the community. Support at Home enables in-home aged care clients to remain safe, independent and engaged within their own homes.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting functional assessments and documenting client needs in detailed reports.
- Communicating identified needs with clients, families, and service providers, and coordinating appropriate referrals to relevant health professionals or specialists.
- Prescribing suitable equipment and recommending home modifications to support client independence and safety.
Our Bankstown office is a multidisciplinary team of OTs, Speechies, Physios, EPs and BSPs, supporting clients across the NDIS and Support at Home.
Why Better Rehab?
You’ll be backed by dedicated 1:1 supervision, monthly group supervision, and a multidisciplinary team to support complex cases and your ongoing development.
- We are clinician-led at every level
- Clear development, progression, and leadership pathways
- Realistic KPIs that support quality outcomes, not volume-driven pressure
- Personal PD budget + 4 paid study days per year
- Paid travel at $1.17/km
- 8 weeks paid parental leave
- Better Rewards Program — bonus pay, extra leave, PD, and more
- National opportunities and support across 30+ Australian locations
