Parts Interpreter

We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Parts Interpreter to join our team in Bunbury WA.

Whether you’re an experienced Parts Interpreter or come from a mechanical, workshop, or trade background, we’ll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where no two days are the same, and your contribution directly helps keep our customers on the road.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers in-store, over the phone, and via email
• Interpret and source truck and trailer parts
• Process sales, orders, credits, and invoices
• Use systems and parts catalogues to find accurate solutions
• Support warehouse operations including dispatch and stock control
• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked showroom
• Work closely with your team to ensure smooth daily operations

About You

• Experience as a Parts Interpreter or background in automotive, mechanical, dealership, or trade environments
• Strong customer service skills and a willingness to learn
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Confident using systems and learning new tools
• A team player with a proactive, hands-on approach

Bonus Points For

• Automotive retail or workshop experience
• Knowledge of truck or heavy vehicle parts
• Experience using POS or inventory systems
• Forklift (LF) licence
