What You’ll Be Doing
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, BDMs, and customer service professionals
- Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned to national objectives
- Set clear targets, budgets, and performance expectations
Customer & Commercial Growth
- Build and grow relationships with key customers and partners
- Identify new opportunities to expand market share and revenue
- Lead key account planning and contract negotiations
Performance & Execution
- Track, analyse, and improve sales performance and KPIs
- Deliver monthly reporting and actionable insights
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive local initiatives
Team Development
- Coach and mentor your team to maximise performance
- Foster a high-energy, customer-first sales culture
- Support ongoing training and development
Safety & Culture
- Champion a strong safety-first culture

You’re a proven sales leader who knows how to balance strategy with execution. You bring:
- Minimum 5+ years in sales, including 3+ years in leadership
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth
- Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability
- Ability to lead across geographically dispersed teams
Qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field are highly regarded.
