 What You’ll Be Doing

Leadership & Strategy

  • Lead and develop a team of Account Managers, BDMs, and customer service professionals
  • Create and execute strategic sales plans aligned to national objectives
  • Set clear targets, budgets, and performance expectations

Customer & Commercial Growth

  • Build and grow relationships with key customers and partners
  • Identify new opportunities to expand market share and revenue
  • Lead key account planning and contract negotiations

Performance & Execution

  • Track, analyse, and improve sales performance and KPIs
  • Deliver monthly reporting and actionable insights
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive local initiatives

Team Development

  • Coach and mentor your team to maximise performance
  • Foster a high-energy, customer-first sales culture
  • Support ongoing training and development

Safety & Culture

  • Champion a strong safety-first culture
  • Lead by example and embody Bapcor’s values

You’re a proven sales leader who knows how to balance strategy with execution. You bring:

  •  Minimum 5+ years in sales, including 3+ years in leadership
  •  Strong commercial acumen with a track record of delivering growth
  •  Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills
  •  Data-driven mindset with strong analytical capability
  •  Ability to lead across geographically dispersed teams

Qualifications in Business, Marketing, or a related field are highly regarded.
