Spring Creek Elementary School, located in the picturesque community of East Ridge, Tennessee, is part of Hamilton County Schools and serves students from pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. Nestled in a vibrant setting, the school is home to approximately 700 students who represent a richly diverse population, with families from a variety of cultural and ethnic backgrounds. Responsibilities
- Plan, deliver, and assess effective instruction aligned to Tennessee state standards
- Design engaging lessons with clear objectives and measurable outcomes
- Differentiate instruction to meet the needs of all learners
- Collaborate regularly with colleagues and support staff
- Build strong, respectful relationships with students and families
- Create a well-managed, structured classroom environment
- Participate in ongoing professional development and reflection

Qualifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- Valid Tennessee teaching license in Elementary Education (K-5) OR current enrollment in an accredited teacher preparation program
Compensation & Additional Info
- Salary Scale based on education and experience – starting at $50,000.00
- Eligible positions may qualify for additional pay under the Differentiated Compensation Plan
