Overview

Where Clinicians Thrive: 4x Best Place to Work (2023–2026) | 4 Star Employer on Glassdoor | Unmatched Culture | $5K Sign-On Bonus Potential

At Texas Physical Therapy Specialists (TexPTS), a member of the Confluent Health family, you’ll join a clinician-driven outpatient team where autonomy, mentorship, and professional growth are part of your everyday experience. With an average of fewer than 12 patients per day and a scheduling model designed to support quality care, you’ll have the time to provide quality treatment while building meaningful relationships with your patients.

Our Westlake clinic offers a unique opportunity to work in a highly athletic community, located inside the Westlake Athletic Community Center. You’ll collaborate with local athletic trainers and treat an active patient population, with approximately 45% athletes, utilizing performance-focused equipment including squat racks, sleds, and force plates. Join a team that values clinical excellence, collaboration, and continued development while having access to residency programs, mentorship, continuing education, leadership development, student loan support, productivity incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package including a 4% 401(k) match!

At Confluent Health and our family of affiliated brands, physical therapists practice in an environment built for high quality care, professional growth, and sustainable careers. We support clinicians with innovative tools, strong mentorship, and clear development pathways.

  • Pay down your student loans faster – up to $15K in repayment support through our student loan repayment program, paid directly to your loan servicer. Program details and offerings vary by location and role.
  • Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
  • A care model designed to support quality outcomes and efficiency.
  • AI clinical documentation support, built to significantly reduce after hours charting – so work stays at work.
  • Structured mentorship and career development.
  • Industry-leading continuing education through Evidence in Motion (EIM).
  • Multiple career pathways: clinical excellence and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Applying your clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
  • Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
  • Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
  • Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
  • Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
  • Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
