Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care

Deliver evidence-based outpatient orthopedic and sports medicine physical therapy services

Utilize manual therapy techniques, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and patient education to maximize outcomes

Treat a variety of orthopedic, musculoskeletal, post-surgical, sports-related, and chronic pain conditions

Monitor patient progress using objective outcome measures and adjust treatment plans accordingly

Collaborate with physicians, athletic trainers, and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care

Empower patients to return to work, sport, recreation, and the activities they love

Build meaningful relationships within the community you serve

Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program

Licensed Physical Therapist or eligible for North Carolina Physical Therapy licensure

Passion for outpatient orthopedics, sports medicine, and patient-centered care

Commitment to evidence-based practice and exceptional patient outcomes

Interest in professional development, continuing education, and clinical specialization

CPR Certification required

About

Compensation : $80,000 - $100,000 + inclusive of productivity incentives. Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
