What does a successful Relationship Manager do at Fiserv?
As a Relationship Manager at Fiserv, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining and growing our client relationships. You will act as a strategic partner for stakeholders, ensuring their needs are met while driving mutual value. Your ability to understand each client’s unique situation and align our solutions with their goals will be critical to our continued success and leadership in the fintech industry.
What you will do
•
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
•
Understand and address client needs, aligning Fiserv’s solutions with their strategic objectives.
•
Provide proactive consultation and support, identifying opportunities for client growth and enhanced service delivery.
•
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of Fiserv solutions for clients.
•
Monitor client satisfaction and act swiftly to address any issues, ensuring a top-tier client experience.
•
Prepare and participate in regular client reviews, developing action plans to enhance the relationship and address potential challenges.
•
Drive client engagement in Fiserv events, forums, and other activities to deepen client relationships.
What you will need to have
•
10+ years of experience in relationship management or a client-facing role in the financial services or fintech/payments industry.
•
10+ years of experience utilizing CRM systems to manage and analyze client interactions and data.
•
10+ years of experience in developing strategic plans based on business data and market trends.
What would be great to have
- 10+ years of experience in project management.
- 10+ years of experience in contract negotiation and closing.
- 10+ years of experience in delivering presentations to senior executives.
- 10+ years of experience in financial analysis and reporting.
