Job Title: VP – Product Tech Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Enterprise AI Product Manager (VP) with deep expertise in digital transformation and enterprise technology. This role will lead the delivery of strategic initiatives, including the onboarding and adoption of Enterprise AI tooling and the enablement of agentic automation. The ideal candidate will combine strong product management skills, Agile delivery expertise, and work cross-functionally with diverse stakeholders to deliver enable successful AI transformation.
Key Responsibilities
o Own the Enterprise AI product strategy and near-term roadmap, identifying highest value use cases and sequencing delivery to maximize business impact.
o Partner with stakeholders across the firm to lead end-to-end product discovery, aligning business needs, constraints, and strategic goals to determine Enterprise AI priorities, define problem statements, and translate agreed priorities into clear product outcomes and success measures.
o Run the delivery cadence for Enterprise AI initiatives (backlog, sprint planning, retros), ensuring predictable execution and transparent status across

stakeholders
o Author and maintain product requirements (PRDs), epics, and user stories defining AI 
workflows, model/feature requirements, data needs, and acceptance criteria (including quality and evaluation metrics where applicable).
o Establish and manage product governance for Enterprise AI(intake/prioritization, release readiness, dependency management, and risk tracking), partnering with Technology Risk, Legal, Compliance, and InfoSec to ensure responsible and compliant delivery.
o Deliver measurable productivity and experience improvements by embedding AI into Enterprise products. Synthesize progress, risks and outcomes into clear executive-level narratives. 
o Drive build/buy/partner decisions for AI capabilities (models, tooling, vendors), aligning with enterprise architecture and engineering standards to ensure scalability, reliability, and cost efficiency.
o Operate as a product leader—setting product standards, influencing cross functional teams without formal authority, and helping share future team structure and hiring as the Enterprise AI portfolio scales
Qualifications:
Blackstone seeks to hire individuals who work well in a team-driven working group, are highly motivated, intelligent, have sound judgment and have demonstrated excellence in prior endeavors. 
The successful candidate must have:
Required Skills and Experience:
o 10+ years of professional experience in financial services technology or enterprise applications, with a proven track record delivering digital transformation projects.
o Demonstrated success as a Product Manager leading complex AI technology initiatives, including enterprise-level technology.
o Deep expertise in Agile project management methodologies (Scrum, Kanban), with hands-on experience managing sprints, backlogs, and iterative delivery cycles.
o Excellent communication; skilled at articulating user needs and translating complex technical concepts into clear business language.
o Experience owning AI products in production, with strong understanding of AI concepts, cloud technologies, governance models, and change management best practices.
o Proven skills making trade-offs and managing resources and vendor relationships in high-stakes, regulated environments.
o Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effectively anticipates and mitigates risks proactively.
