We are seeking a customer-focused Service Representative to join our team of Textile Care Division. In this role, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service and support to our industrial laundries’ customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. You will be the first point of contact for customers, providing service of washing technology, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and providing information about our products and services.

Responsibilities

Provide to customers contractually agreed service of our washing technologies application

Resolve customer issues and complaints about our washing applications with empathy and efficiency.

Provide for our customers basic engineering service and maintenance of our automatic dispensing systems

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

Provide detailed information about our products and services to customers.

Assist customers with troubleshooting and technical support.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Stay updated with the latest product information and company policies.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; (preferred chemical or engineering background) additional education or certifications in customer service / sales is a plus.

Proven experience in a service role, preferably in a laundry business or technical or service-oriented industry.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Proficiency in using customer service software and tools.

Fluency in English is preferred.
