The individual will serve as the Pratt & Whitney F119 Aircraft Mounted Sidewall (AMNS) Project Manager working directly with our AMNS customer The Boeing Company. The AMNS system is part of the Lockheed Martin F-22 Raptor supporting the USAF mission.

What You Will Do

Oversee AMNS Production Line Restart (PLR) effort by managing project cost, schedule, and risks

Develop and maintain close working relationships with The Boeing Company as well as P&W internal support organizations

Integrate across Engineering, Industrial, Finance, Procurement, Manufacturing to successfully deliver AMNS structure assemblies on time

Support customer business calls, program management reviews, status calls, and produce program status reports

Manage suppliers by addressing any roadblocks/risks, leading meeting cadence to ensure milestones are met

Support AMNS Program Manager on contract mods, contractual delivery, and statement of work efforts related to PLR effort

Provide earned value management oversight as L3

Qualifications You Must Have

Bachelor’s degree

8 years of aerospace experience or an advanced degree with 5 years of aerospace experience

Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams

U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Qualifications We Prefer

3 years of experience in program/project management

Knowledge of Purchase Order and Sales Order process

Knowledge of Manufacturing Readiness

Strong organization and communication skills

EVMS Experience

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 107,500 USD - 204,500 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
