What you will be doing

At Ricoh, we are more than a traditional supplier—we are an IT partner that helps companies develop through technology.

We operate at the intersection of cybersecurity, infrastructure, and digital solutions, with a focus on creating real business value for our customers.

We are present across Jutland and Greater Copenhagen and work closely together to deliver the best solutions.

As an Account Manager at Ricoh, you will be responsible for building and developing relationships with both new and existing customers. You will work in a structured way with your sales process and create value through solution-based selling.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  • Identifying customer needs and presenting relevant solutions
  • Driving growth through upselling and new business
  • Actively managing pipeline and sales budget
  • Understanding customers’ businesses and proactively challenging them to create value through dialogue

You will ideally have

We are looking for someone who

  • Has experience from the IT industry (preferably B2B sales)
  • Is motivated by results and works purposefully towards goals
  • Has an interest in cybersecurity and infrastructure
  • Is approachable, a good listener, and understands customer needs
  • Is willing to challenge customers and bring new perspectives
  • Has an elite mindset and is willing to go the extra mile
  • Thrives with freedom under responsibility and takes ownership
  • Has the courage to think differently and “shake things up”
