A Workforce Planner is responsible for developing and facilitating action plan of developments in the workforce within the practice level. The Tactical Workforce Planner reports to the Head Staffing Manager.ResponsibilitiesThe Tactical Workforce Planner is responsible for reporting, forecasting, defining and implementing the needed actions to facilitate the delivery of the strategic workforce plan goals. They understand and analyze the demand, identify skill and capacity gaps and define the mid-term plan (6 months – 1 year) to respond to the needs, activating the appropriate sourcing channel. Tactical Workforce planner works with Practice management team, local HR and Procurement, and MUs to anticipate recruitment/subco/freelancer needs and put in place the needed policies to ensure demand-capacity adequacy. Strategic Workforce planner, as they are being orchestrated by the Strategic Workforce PlannerStaffing Managers, to communicate insights on capacity and demands
