PIH Health is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provide to support our growing ENT practice in Downey, California. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly acquired and rapidly expanding practice with a strong patient demand and a collaborative clinical environment.
The APP will work closely with our ENT physician providing both outpatient clinic care and inpatient hospital rounding. Current clinic volume averages 40–45 patients per day with only one provider, creating a tremendous opportunity for growth and expanded patient access.
This role is ideal for a motivated, team-oriented provider with strong ambulatory ENT experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights

- New consults and follow-up visits
- Post-procedure inpatient rounding responsibilities
- Potential limited call coverage focused on patient triage and admissions
- 7 days of call included if call coverage becomes part of the contract

Required Skills and Experience
- Evaluate and manage new and established ENT patients in the outpatient setting
- Conduct follow-up visits and ongoing patient management
- Round on post-procedure ENT inpatients
- Collaborate with supervising physicians on treatment planning and patient care
- Perform histories, physical examinations, and order/interpret diagnostic testing
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and recovery
- Provide limited call coverage including patient triage and admissions, if applicable
Experience
- Current California NP or PA-C license
- National certification (AANP, ANCC, or NCCPA)
- Current BLS and ACLS certification
- 3–5 years of NP or PA-C experience
- ENT ambulatory experience
- Strong communication, organizational, and clinical skills
Compensation Range: $130K-$160K Annually
