Weekly Schedule: Onsite, Monday – Friday, 12:30p - 9p.
This position may be eligible for a shift differential.

What you'll do
You will be responsible for using advanced knowledge of the job to advise pharmacy techs on order fulfillment and related activities.
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily workflow in the pharmacy. Step in to assist lead technicians.
- Participate in Lean and Continuous Improvement efforts internal and external to the department. Supports staffing of pharmacy tech functions
- Supports and trains new employees, and identifies ongoing training needs of tenured employees that require retraining.
- Understand and help manage inventory processes (cycle count, new drug additions, reverse distribution)
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
•
High School diploma or GED
•
Pharmacy technician license in the state of Indiana
•
Basic math and computer skills (i.e. Microsoft Office)
•
Strong verbal and written communication skills
•
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and quality
•
Willingness to work a flexible schedule to accommodate peak volume times
Physical Requirements
•
Sit and/or stand for lengthy periods.
•
Lift up to 50 lbs. occasionally and 20 lbs. frequently
•
Perform repetitive motion with fingers, hands, and arms.
•
Work may be in confined areas close to machinery.
•
Work may be performed in an environment with varying levels of noise.
