Guardian Tax is expanding and seeking ambitious sales professionals to join our team as Inbound Sales Consultants. In this role, you’ll connect with individuals who are actively seeking help with their tax challenges and guide them toward solutions that can make a real impact.

What You’ll Do

• Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief assistance
• Build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospective clients
• Understand each client’s financial situation and identify appropriate solutions
• Overcome objections and guide prospects through the decision-making process
• Maintain consistent follow-up and manage your pipeline
• Deliver a strong client experience while achieving performance goals

Compensation & Earning Potential

• 15% commission on all closed deals
• Average monthly earnings: $7,000–$13,000
• Top performers regularly earn: $15,000–$24,000+ per month

Schedule

• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• One half-day Saturday per month
• Full-time, in-office role located in Chandler, AZ
