What you will be doing

We are looking for an Operations Executive to manage our telemedicine operations. You will be responsible for all operational aspects of our telemedicine services.

On a day-to-day basis, this means you will

•

Manage the locum doctor network, including onboarding, platform training, manpower rostering, quality control, and payment processing

•

Act as the primary point of contact for locum doctors to address and resolve real-time operational and technical issues

•

Monitor and manage doctor-to-patient ratio and wait time SLAs

•

Ad hoc operational tasks as required
