Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to design, develop, and maintain data solutions that support business decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, experience with modern BI tools, and a passion for transforming data into actionable insights. This role is ideal for someone eager to deepen their data expertise, with opportunities to expand into Data Engineering responsibilities over time.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain BI solutions (reports, dashboards, and semantic models)

•

Build impactful and user-friendly visualisations using Power BI

•

Develop and maintain operational and paginated reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)

•

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions

•

Develop and optimize data models to ensure performance and scalability

•

Leverage Microsoft Fabric capabilities (e.g., Lakehouse, Dataflows, Warehouses) where applicable

•

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across BI solutions

•

Monitor and troubleshoot reporting and data pipeline issues

•

Support ad hoc analysis and reporting needs

•

Document data definitions, processes, and business logic
