Summary of Position

Forming part of a small but dynamic team which provides a 360” service to applicants seeking to obtain a listing on a recognized stock exchange. The position requires a varied skillset with a passion for numbers being fundamental. The position will give provide the opportunity to interact with all stakeholders and will provide exposure to the capital markets industry and all the various players within the sector including regulator, market operator and professionals working within the field.

Duties & Responsibilities

Financial analysis of relevant financial information

•

Assistance in preparation of financial analysis summary on listing applicants

•

Assistance in reviewing financial due diligence reports.

•

Preparation and filing of listing application suite of documentation

•

Research on applicable statutory and regulatory frameworks

•

Liaising with all applicable stakeholders

•

Proof reading of documentation

•

General administrative support
