Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Capital Markets Manager to join our dynamic team. This pivotal role will support the Head of Capital Markets in executing the firm’s capital markets strategy, managing key transactions, and collaborating with stakeholders across the business. The successful candidate will play a critical role in originating, structuring, and executing capital markets deals, while ensuring compliance and operational excellence throughout the transaction lifecycle.
Duties & Responsibilities

Support the Head of Capital Markets in the development and execution of the team’s strategic initiatives
•
Originate and manage the execution of debt and equity capital markets transactions
•
Liaise with relevant stakeholders, including internal departments and external advisors, to ensure smooth transaction execution
•
Conduct market research, financial analysis, and prepare presentations and transaction materials
•
Assist in the preparation of offering documents, term sheets, and transaction-related documentation
•
Ensure all transactions comply with regulatory requirements and internal policies
•
Monitor and report on transaction pipeline, market developments, and execution timelines
•
Represent the capital markets function in meetings and industry events as required
