Job description
Looking for a high-caliber project and program leader to help drive enterprise transformation at Masco. The Transformation Project Manager sits at the center of our highest‑priority initiatives—owning execution, tracking value, and ensuring we deliver real business outcomes.
Job Responsibilities
- Partner with initiative owners to develop and complete key initiatives that deliver strategic and financial objectives.
- Monitor progress across multiple workstreams, facilitate issue resolution, and advance where appropriate.
- Establish transparency into initiative performance through important metrics, structured reporting, benchmark tracking, and performance management processes.
- Challenge assumptions, timelines, resource requirements, and anticipated outcomes to improve execution quality and value realization.
- Collaborate with Finance and business leaders to define, monitor, and confirm financial and operational benefits.
- Promote guidelines in transformation management, performance management, and execution excellence.
Qualifications
Required Experience
- 8–10+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, transformation, operational excellence, strategic finance, M&A integration, or related fields.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with measurable business impact.
- Experience collaborating directly with senior executives and business leaders.
- Proven ability to influence collaborators and drive outcomes without direct authority.
- Experience developing benchmarks, performance dashboards, and other governance tools & metrics.
- Strong financial and business insight, including an understanding of value creation drivers and business performance metrics.
Preferred Experience
- Experience within a transformation office, strategy office, chief of staff organization, or operational leadership role.
- Experience leading large-scale business transformations, significant supply chain or IT projects, efficiency programs, growth initiatives, or integrations.
- Management consulting experience at a top-tier consulting firm.
- Exposure to P&L ownership or direct business operating responsibility.

Hiring Range: $121,300.00 - $190,630.00 USD
