Product Manager

ABOUT THE ROLE

We’re looking for a Product Manager, Mobile to own and drive the evolution of our mobile experience. You will work closely with founders, design, engineering, and operations teams to build intuitive, high-impact features that improve engagement, retention, and user outcomes.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong product intuition with analytical rigor and has experience building consumer-facing mobile products in fast-paced environments.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the mobile product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on user needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
• Define product requirements and work closely with design and engineering teams to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.
• Analyze user behavior, product metrics, and feedback to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
• Drive the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery and experimentation to launch and iteration.
• Collaborate with operations, growth, and customer-facing teams to understand pain points and improve the user journey.
• Establish and track key product KPIs, including activation, engagement, retention, and conversion.
• Champion a user-centric approach to product development and decision-making.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• 3+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably building mobile-first products.
• Experience working closely with mobile engineering teams (Flutter, iOS, or Android).
• Strong analytical skills and comfort working with product and business metrics.
• Ability to translate customer insights into clear product requirements and execution plans.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and ownership.
• Experience in HealthTech, consumer apps, marketplaces, or high-growth startups is a plus.
