Director of Performance / Head of Performance Rumble Wellness Group ABOUT THE ROLE Rumble is evolving beyond boutique fitness. We are building a modern performance and wellness ecosystem combining:

  • boxing* strength & conditioning* recovery* mobility* longevity* performance lifestyle We are looking for a Director of Performance / Head of Performance to lead the next evolution of our coaching and training systems. This role is responsible for building and implementing a premium performance coaching culture across:
  • personal training* semi-private training* Small group performance programming* coach development* performance content* recovery integration This is not a traditional “trainer” role. This is a leadership role focused on:
  • coaching quality* systems* culture* performance methodology* client transformation* premium training experience The right person will help position Rumble as:high-energy performance training with real coaching systems.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Performance Coaching Systems

  • Develop and implement structured PT and semi-private, small group coaching systems* Create onboarding, assessment, tracking, and progression frameworks* Standardize coaching methodology across locations* Develop strength, conditioning, mobility, and recovery programming systems Coach Development & Leadership
  • Recruit, mentor, and develop high-level coaches* Elevate coaching quality and movement standards* Build trainer education systems and coaching certifications internally* Create a premium coaching culture and client experience PT & Semi-Private Growth
  • Lead growth of personal training and semi-private training revenue* Improve PT retention, conversion, and client journey* Build scalable coaching models with strong member progression pathways* Reduce discount dependency through stronger value positioning Performance Identity & Brand Development
  • Help shape Rumble’s performance positioning and coaching philosophy* Collaborate with marketing on educational and performance-driven content* Position coaches as specialists and experts* Support website language, content direction, and performance storytelling Recovery & Wellness Integration
  • Integrate recovery, mobility, and longevity principles into training systems* Collaborate with Primal and other wellness initiatives* Develop sustainable performance frameworks for modern lifestyles WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Within 12 months:
  • stronger PT and semi-private revenue* clearer performance identity* elevated coaching standards* improved client retention* stronger trainer development systems * more premium coaching perception * stronger integration between performance and recovery* Rumble recognized for both culture AND coaching quality

  • base salary $100,000* performance incentives* PT/semi-private revenue participation* leadership bonus structure* long-term growth opportunities within Rumble Wellness Group
