About the Position
AnthroMed Education is hiring a motivated Speech-Language Pathologist to support a school team in White Bear Lake, MN for the 2026-2027 school year. You'll become part of a welcoming educational community that values collaboration, creativity, and student-centered care.
In this role, you'll work with students across a variety of educational settings, providing individualized speech and language services that promote communication, confidence, and classroom success. Whether you're an experienced clinician or a Clinical Fellow, you'll have access to ongoing support and resources to help you thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Complete speech and language evaluations to identify students' communication strengths and areas of need
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans that support IEP goals and educational progress
- Deliver engaging individual and small-group speech-language therapy sessions
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations for services and accommodations
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
- Support students with articulation, receptive and expressive language, social communication, fluency, AAC, and other communication needs
- Utilize evidence-based practices to create meaningful and functional therapy experiences
- Build positive relationships that encourage student participation, independence, and success

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure
- Minnesota Department of Education licensure or eligibility preferred
- School-based experience is helpful but not required
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to providing high-quality, student-focused services
- Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
