Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with outstanding people skills to help us attract top-tier talent. In this role, you will be the face of our company, identifying future hiring needs and guiding candidates through our selection process.

The Details

  • Location: On-site (Mexicali).
  • Address: Av. Gral. Ignacio Zaragoza 1298, Nueva, 21100 Mexicali, B.C.
  • Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (availability at 7 am, 9-hour shift).

Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Selection: Interview candidates (phone/on-site) to meet company requisitions based on skills and knowledge.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain a documented pipeline and monitor applications through phone screenings.
  • Collaboration: Work with department managers to identify specific employment needs and requirements.
  • Evaluation: Assess applicant knowledge, skills, and work experience to select the strongest fit.
  • Onboarding: Conduct background screenings, prepare employment offers, and assist in onboarding new hires.
  • Retention: Actively promote employee retention through positive candidate experiences.

Requirements

  • Experience: 1+ years as a Recruiter (Preferred).
  • Language: B2+ English level (Required).
  • Education: Bachelors in Psychology (Preferred).
  • Tech Savvy: Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Compliance: Working knowledge of state and federal employment laws.
  • Soft Skills: Empathetic, service-oriented, with strong decision-making and organizational skills.
