Restaurant General Manager

Orchestrate Hospitality is seeking an experienced and passionate General Manager to join our restaurant group. We are looking for a hospitality professional who thrives on building great teams, delivering exceptional guest experiences, and leading successful restaurant operations.

As General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant operations, leading both front-of-house and back-of-house teams while ensuring exceptional service, operational excellence, and financial performance.

The right candidate will have at least 4 years of full service restaurant leadership experience. A positive leadership style and a guest centered approach to hospitality are a must.

Benefits available include matched 401K, health, dental & vision insurance and paid time off. Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 annually with bonus potential, DOE.
