Job description

 Will lead the enterprise-wide Google Workspace migration from Lotus Notes for 8,000+ users, managing infrastructure readiness, data migration, communication, and on-site support with zero downtime. Will coordinate IT onboarding for newly acquired companies, aligning network, equipment, user provisioning, and email systems to corporate standards and conduct on-site readiness and post-integration validation, ensuring compliance, connectivity, and smooth adoption. Will facilitate cross-functional collaboration among IT, Operations, Finance, and HR to resolve dependencies and meet milestones. Develop and deliver change-management and training plans, promoting user readiness across multiple business units.  Will maintain project documentation, RAID logs, budgets, and milestone reports, proactively escalating risks and tracking resolutions and designed and implemented a centralized project intake and tracking process, improving project submission, approval, and documentation efficiency across the IT organization.

Master of Science in Project Management or Management Information Systems with 24 months experience as Technical Enterprise Project Manager or Application Support Analyst accepted
