Supply Chain Working Student (m/w/d)

Deine Aufgaben

• Monitor and follow up on open purchase orders with factories to ensure timely delivery
• Maintain and update daily inventory reports to support sales, demand planning and stock accuracy
• Coordinate with internal teams (procurement, warehouse, finance) to resolve PR and delivery discrepancies
• Support data entry and document management in ERP system and supply chain tools
• Assist in preparing supply chain performance reports and KPIs
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and ad-hoc projects as needed

Dein Profil

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, vlookups)
• Basic understanding of supply chain concepts and ERP systems is a plus
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
