Role Overview: We are seeking for a Senior Manager - Leadership, Culture & Coaching to drive leadership capability, behavior adoption, and culture transformation at OGS by embedding Leadership Principles into how leaders think, act, and make decisions. This role owns the end-to-end leadership development lifecycle — from defining “good leadership,” to enabling behavior change, to ensuring sustained on-the-job application and culture alignment.
