WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?
Join RBC’s strategic GenAI adoption team at a pivotal moment. You’ll design the learning experiences that enable thousands of employees to confidently adopt and apply AI tools in their daily work. This is a build-from-scratch role with direct influence on enterprise-wide AI capability no competing legacy programs, just the opportunity to shape how a major financial institution scales AI adoption. You’ll work cross-functionally with technical leaders, business stakeholders, and employees across all lines of business, creating visible, high-impact learning assets that drive real organizational transformation.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Design and develop a three-level certification framework (Foundation, Practitioner, Advanced) for AI-SDLC, aligned to RBC roles and competencies
- Create role-specific learning paths for diverse personas across technology, operations, and business functions
- Build curriculum content and produce multi-format learning assets (technical docs, videos, interactive labs, case studies, playbooks, one-pagers)
- Maintain and curate prompt libraries, templates, and reusable assets from pilot labs and enterprise use cases
- Develop tool-specific reference materials covering access, configuration, usage tips, and best practices for RBC systems
- Manage the knowledge base, FAQ hub, and learning materials on RBC’s corporate intranet for discoverability and currency
- Monitor pilot learnings and enterprise feedback to continuously improve curriculum and refresh materials quarterly
- Partner with technical teams and role champions to validate content and ensure learning assets drive real adoption outcomes
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?
Must have
- Hands-on fluency with GenAI/LLM tools and practical prompt engineering experience
- Proven instructional design and curriculum development for technical or enterprise audiences
- Strong technical writing and documentation skills with ability to translate complex concepts into clear, actionable content
- Demonstrated ability to produce learning assets in multiple formats (guides, videos, interactive content, job aids)
- Ability to organize and maintain evolving content in fast-changing technology environments
- Experience with knowledge base/intranet platforms (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint) or learning management systems
Nice-to-have
- Working knowledge of the SDLC, AI-assisted development, and developer personas
- Experience building certification frameworks or role-based learning paths at enterprise scale
- Familiarity with banking, financial services, or highly regulated enterprise environments
