Principal Data Analytics and AI Analyst

Accountabilities

• Lead the development of AI-driven HR solutions, including chatbots, digital agents, and automated workflows that streamline HR service delivery and employee support.
• Own workforce and people analytics initiatives using HR platforms to deliver insights on headcount, attrition, recruiting performance, and workforce planning.
• Design, build, and maintain executive-level dashboards and reporting solutions using modern visualization tools such as Power BI.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and integration across HR systems including enterprise HRIS, service platforms, and collaboration tools.
• Partner with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate operational needs into scalable analytics and AI solutions.
• Identify and implement emerging AI and automation technologies to continuously modernize HR operations and improve efficiency.

Requirements

• Approximately 7+ years of experience in data science, analytics, AI, or people analytics roles.
• Strong expertise in HR data environments, including Workday reporting, data models, and APIs.
• Proven experience building AI-enabled solutions such as chatbots, agents, or workflow automation systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and executive dashboard development.
• Strong programming skills in Python or similar analytical tools.
• Experience with AI platforms or enterprise data platforms (e.g., Foundry or equivalent) strongly preferred.
• Strong cross-functional communication skills with the ability to influence technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset combined with hands-on technical execution and problem-solving ability.
