Accountabilities
- Develop, resize, and adapt creative assets across multiple formats, including social media, digital ads, presentations, print materials, and event-related collateral.
- Execute designs based on established creative direction and strict brand guidelines while ensuring visual consistency across deliverables.
- Prepare production-ready files for both print and digital output, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance with specifications.
- Manage and organize creative files, including version control and structured asset libraries.
- Apply multiple brand identities across simultaneous client projects with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Implement revisions quickly and precisely based on feedback from creative and project stakeholders.
- Support light motion design and animation tasks when required, collaborating with motion specialists when needed.
- Coordinate closely with designers, project managers, and creative leadership to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery.
- Communicate proactively regarding project progress, timelines, and potential blockers.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Production Designer, or in a similar execution-focused creative role.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects) .
- Proven portfolio demonstrating production design, branding consistency, and multi-format creative execution.
- Experience in fast-paced agency, studio, or client-service environments.
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to maintain high quality under tight deadlines.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while prioritizing effectively.
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and strong accountability.
- Flexibility to adapt across different industries, tones, and brand identities.
- Nice to have: experience with motion graphics or animation, Figma , social-first design, event or experiential marketing, and prior work with U.S.-based clients or agencies.
- Strong portfolio required, showcasing production excellence, brand consistency, versatility, and both corporate and creative work.
