Accountabilities: In this role, you will lead the end-to-end creation and optimization of performance-focused video creatives, ensuring strong alignment with brand objectives and campaign performance goals. You will:
- Lead the editing and optimization of high-performing video ads for ecommerce brands across TikTok, Meta, and other paid social platforms
- Produce engaging, conversion-focused video content including UGC-style ads, motion graphics, and high-production creatives
- Apply advanced editing techniques such as storytelling, pacing, hooks, captions, transitions, and color grading to maximize performance
- Optimize video assets for engagement, conversion, and scalability based on platform-specific best practices
- Collaborate closely with creative strategists, designers, media buyers, and content creators to execute campaign concepts
- Identify emerging trends, creative patterns, and editing techniques to improve ad performance
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high quality standards and meeting tight deadlines
- Contribute proactively with ideas and insights to improve overall creative and campaign effectiveness
Requirements
This role requires strong experience in performance-driven video editing, combined with a deep understanding of digital advertising and short-form content ecosystems. You should bring:
- 4+ years of experience in video editing for performance marketing, ecommerce, DTC, or agency environments
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (additional tools are a plus)
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and short-form video advertising best practices
- Proven ability to create video creatives optimized for engagement, conversions, and revenue generation
- Advanced skills in motion graphics, storytelling, pacing, captions, transitions, and color grading
- Strong understanding of performance marketing principles and creative testing methodologies
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication skills with fluent written and spoken English
- Strong ownership mindset, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-performance environments with shifting priorities
- Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant performance creative work is required
