Senior Software Developer - Reimagine

Accountabilities: This role is responsible for designing, building, and maintaining modern web-based applications and integrated systems that support a digital lending platform. You will contribute across the full software development lifecycle while ensuring high-quality, scalable, and user-focused solutions.

• Develop and maintain web applications, integration services, and software components supporting a cloud-based lending platform
• Participate in all phases of the SDLC, including design, development, testing, deployment, and ongoing support
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and technical teams to translate requirements into functional and scalable solutions
• Support ServiceNow implementations, including configuration, integration, and custom development work
• Design and implement front-end and full-stack solutions with a strong focus on performance and user experience
• Integrate AI/ML capabilities into applications to support automation and improved decision-making processes
• Conduct code reviews, promote engineering best practices, and ensure adherence to development standards
• Support testing, debugging, and resolution of complex software and system issues
• Contribute to Agile planning, estimation, and iterative delivery processes
• Produce and maintain clear technical documentation and system specifications

Requirements

This position requires strong full-stack or front-end development experience, deep understanding of software engineering principles, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate brings both technical expertise and strong collaboration skills.

• 7+ years of professional software development experience in modern application environments
• Strong proficiency in web application development and software design principles
• Experience working across the full software development lifecycle in Agile environments
• Hands-on experience with version control systems such as Git and modern CI/CD workflows
• Strong understanding of system design, scalability, and software engineering best practices
• Experience integrating APIs, enterprise systems, and third-party platforms such as ServiceNow
• Ability to work independently while contributing to team-based development efforts
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
• High attention to detail, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience contributing to or leading technical design discussions and code reviews
