Your role
As a Sales Engineer RMR within the Warehousing Commercial team, you ensure customers’ systems remain efficient and adaptable. Working closely with Service Account Managers, project teams and customers, you translate automation needs into well‑designed, value‑adding solutions.
What you will do?
- Analyse customer RMR automation requests and define system concepts together with internal stakeholders
- Lead system design development from initial concept through to final quotation
- Evaluate technical solution options with focus on cost, performance, risk and maintainability
- Coordinate bid activities, layouts, pricing input and technical documentation
- Support customer presentations and ensure smooth handover to the Service Project Manager
What you bring?
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics or similar
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in sales engineering, preferably in brownfield projects
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, solution‑oriented mindset
- Clear communication skills in English and strong customer focus
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 5%
What can you look forward to?
This position offers a monthly salary range starting from € 4300,- gross up to €4900,- gross. When performance expectations are exceeded, there is even the opportunity to grow beyond this scale.
