Job description

  • Preparation of dialysis machines and related supplies for patient treatments.
  • Cleaning and sanitization of the dialysis equipment.
  • Obtaining patients' weight and vital sign information pre and post dialysis.
  • Maintaining stock levels of medical and surgical supplies.
  • Transport of patients.
  • Other related duties as required.
  • O.S.S.D Diploma with some post secondary healthcare training required
  • Healthcare experience required
  • Strong customer service skills,
  • Must have strong mechanical aptitude
  • Proficiency with computer applications
  • Knowledge of sterile/aseptic techniques
  • Able to work independently and as part of a multi-disciplinary team
  • Technically oriented
  • Ability to perform some heavy lifting required
  • Satisfactory employment and attendance record

The ideal candidate is strong in patient centered care in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment and should be ready to drive change and innovation. We require a person with good communication skills with a clear patient focus with the ability to manage execution and to foster teamwork and cooperation.

Hours: Monday - Sunday various rotating shifts - Days & Evenings - 8 and 12 hour shifts (Hours subject to change based on operational needs)

Salary:  $30.081 to $34.624 per hour
