Job description
▪ Planning and coordinating project deadlines and monitoring progress
▪ Defining required deliverables according to the development process, assigning these deliverables to the relevant departments, monitoring progress, and reviewing results
▪ Managing project issues, selecting necessary stakeholders, moderating problem-solving meetings, deciding on the solution strategy, and planning and tracking implementation
▪ Coordinating project content and progress with the client (on-site or virtually), negotiating technical aspects and work package scopes with the client to achieve win-win results"
▪ Review and evaluation of customer requirements, discussion and negotiation with all stakeholders involved within AUMOVIO (development departments, quality assurance, etc.) and with the customer
▪ Creation of project-specific component requirements documents
▪ Creation and ensuring the traceability of customer requirements in the component requirements documents
▪ Assignment/commissioning of requirements to internal development departments
▪ Creation of design documentation and interface specifications and coordination with all stakeholders involved within Continental and with the customer
▪ Project-specific definition of the test scope and test concept in coordination with the relevant stakeholders within Continental (test department, test labs)
▪ Commissioning the creation of test plans and discussion, coordination, and negotiation with the customer
▪ Planning and commissioning of the individual test phases within the project timeline, depending on the project milestones and specifications of the development process; monitoring of test progress
▪ Organization and coordination of test object procurement; support during the commissioning of the test setup
▪ Creation of the test status and a risk assessment for the release milestones
▪ Moderation and support of root cause analysis in the event of test failures
▪ Reporting of test results to the customer; discussion/negotiation with the customer in the event of deviations of the test results from the requirements
▪ Setting ECU release dates, taking into account customer milestones, system project milestones, and the development process
▪ Completing the release checklist and providing a risk assessment in case of product maturity deviations from the development process
▪ Reviewing and approving the release documentation
1-University degree in electrical engineering or a comparable field
2-Experience in electronics development
3-Knowledge of the architecture of an (electronic) braking system
4-Knowledge of the (safety) architecture and development requirements of an ASIL-D system (safety-related components)
5-Experience in project management within the automotive sector
6-Knowledge of the SAM development process
7-Knowledge of ASPICE development requirements and functional safety requirements (ISO 26262)
8-Experience in direct customer contact and negotiation roles
9-Experience in the non-disciplinary management of international project teams
10-Experience working in an international and multicultural environment
