Purpose of the role nShift is building a first-of-its-kind agentic AI product to transform how the logistics industry handles its most entrenched, manual workflows. Powered by autonomous AI agents and LLMs, nothing as it exists in the market today. This is not a conventional PM role. You'll be the 'Builder' inside a deliberately small, AI-augmented pod. The team model is intentional: a tight human core governing agents moves faster and makes better decisions than a large team operating conventionally. You'll have the rare combination of a private equity-backed platform company's customer base and resources, the energy of a genuine 0-to-1 build, and a unique agentic architecture that standalone competitors cannot replicate.
