In this role, you will join the Prague office of a leading European financial services group . You will contribute to a large-scale Multi-Tenant Data Warehouse —a massive infrastructure project designed to handle regulatory reporting for multiple entities across five EU countries.

your role

• Business Analysis: Translating complex financial requirements into technical blueprints.
• BI Solution Lifecycle: Taking an active role in Business Intelligence development, specifically focusing on data definitions, transformation logic, and mapping, while spearheading the testing phase.
• Technical Documentation: Ensuring all solutions are thoroughly documented for seamless hand-overs.
• Reporting & Measurement: Delivering high-level reports using standardized enterprise tools.
• Process Optimization: Evaluating and preparing proposals for system changes and functional improvements.

co od vás očekáváme

• Technical Foundations: Strong knowledge of Data Warehousing (DWH) and general information systems.
• SQL Expertise: Practical, hands-on experience querying and managing data.
• Banking Domain Knowledge: A solid understanding of regulatory reporting and the intricacies of handling sensitive banking data.
• Regulatory Familiarity: Comfort working with standard financial frameworks (such as FINREP, COREP, or GCRD ).
• Soft Skills: High attention to detail, strong analytical problem-solving skills, and fluency in English.
