Working on the basis of trust, whilst ensuring compliance with the law As a Participation Act Enforcement Officer, you will help ensure the fair implementation of the Act, which is based on trust. You combine a human touch with professionalism and look beyond the rules alone. - you are an expert in assessing applications relating to legitimate benefits under the Participation Act; - believes in the principle of working on the basis of trust - putting residents first and assuming the best; - you want to continue to develop and challenge yourself; - are inquisitive and have strong communication skills; - looks beyond one's own area of responsibility when this serves the interests of residents; - are willing to carry out observations outside office hours as part of a rota. Here's what you'll be doing As a Participation Act Enforcement Officer, you will be involved in the entire process of a benefit claim. Acting on the basis of trust in the resident, you will carry out a comprehensive risk assessment based on the case file, the individual's behaviour, their benefit history and information from partner organisations such as Lucrato or the Tax and Customs Administration. And in the role of Social Investigator, you will conduct administrative or criminal investigations - either independently or as part of a team - into long-term or complex cases of social security fraud.
