Phase 1: Compliance & IFSCA Fundamentals (Months 1–7)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in maintaining statutory registers, records, and corporate filings
  • Support compliance with IFSCA regulations, SEZ laws, FEMA, and other applicable laws governing IFSC entities
  • Assist in preparation and filing of statutory returns and forms
  • Maintain organized digital records and documentation systems
  • Support preparation of IFSCA & SEZ Compliances
  • Track compliance requirements and update internal trackers
  • Conduct regulatory research and summarize updates

Phase 2: Legal Documentation & Contract Management (Months 8–14)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements, policies, and internal documents
  • Support preparation/review of offer documents, PPMs, and client documentation
  • Maintain contract repository and track contractual obligations
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for document execution
  • Assist in due diligence and documentation verification
  • Conduct legal and regulatory research relevant to IFSC and global markets

Phase 3: Business Operations & Advanced Compliance (Months 15–21)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support business-as-usual (BAU) compliance and operational activities
  • Prepare internal reports, presentations, and compliance dashboards
  • Assist in regulatory inspections, audits, and internal reviews
  • Coordinate cross-functional activities across compliance, legal, and operations
  • Support implementation of regulatory changes and process improvements
  • Contribute to policy development and standardization initiatives

3. Eligibility Criteria

  • Registered student with the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI)
  • Strong interest in compliance, legal, and financial services
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
