Responsibilities

Working on databases

•

Filling in information regarding bank transfers

•

Checking bank details and other information (IBAN, SWIFTS, etc)

•

Inputting payments into online banking platforms

•

Working with Excel

•

Manage queries in a timely and professional manner

•

Contact banks by e-mail and phone when needed

Requirements

•

Prior experience with inputting payments

•

Excellent command of English is a must - both written and spoken

•

Good attention to detail

•

Good multitasking, prioritization and organizational skills

•

Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills

•

Familiar with Microsoft Office products
