This is a hybrid role, combining both virtual work and our Rotterdam office. About Us Aon is a leading advisor and insurance broker specializing in Risk Capital and Human Capital Solutions in the Netherlands. This position is part of the Data Intelligence Team and is functionally managed from there, while you are dedicated to a specific Business Unit. We value customer interaction and digitalization and foster a handson, entrepreneurial spirit in a collaborative and informal work environment. You will spend the majority of your time working closely with your home Business Unit, while staying connected to the central BA community for standards, coaching and best practices. Our tech stack exists of Synapse, Databricks and PowerBI. Your Role As a Business Analyst , you are the key link between the Business Unit and our data & analytics capabilities. You take ownership of the intake and shaping phase : you translate business challenges and ambitions into clear, testable acceptance criteria and valuedriven use cases, and you help to prioritize these together with the business.
