Mission for the internship

•

Support Network Development projects focused on improving dealer and importer rollout visibility and training effectiveness.

•

Assist in enhancing tracking, reporting, and process standardization across network initiatives.

•

Contribute to the development of a network readiness dashboard for better transparency and decision-making.

•

Analyze rollout KPIs to identify trends, gaps, and performance improvement opportunities.

•

Document processes to ensure clarity, consistency, and scalability across markets.

•

Collaborate with Network Development leads and stakeholders to streamline workflows and reporting.

•

Identify and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement in rollout and training processes.

•

Gain hands-on experience in automotive network development, project management, stakeholder engagement, and data analytics while supporting day-to-day operations.

What you will learn

•

Gain understanding of Automotive Retail Network Development fundamentals and industry practices.

•

Develop strong project management skills through hands-on task coordination and execution.

•

Build data analytics and reporting capabilities to support informed decision-making.

•

Improve process optimization skills by identifying inefficiencies and implementing structured improvements.

Key educational requirement

•

Currently enrolled in relevant in a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in a relevant field such as Business administration.

•

Analytical thinking and structured problem-solving.

•

Curiosity and willingness to understand complex data structures.

•

Strong Microsoft Excel skills (complex formulas, pivot tables, structured spreadsheets & analysis).

•

Basic understanding of financial and pricing calculations (margins, price updates, consistency checks).
