Sales Reporting and Forecast Internship

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Operations Intern who is passionate about data, process improvement, and commercial performance to join our European Sales team.

This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in how sales performance is monitored, steered, and optimized in a fast-growing, international EV company. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to support decision-making, improve reporting frameworks, and contribute to the scaling of sales operations across multiple European markets.

Mission for the Internship

•

Forecasting report on wholesale, retail and production.

•

Support on Sales Steering and coordination.

•

Analyze and update routine sales reports.

•

Presentation preparation for management decision meetings.

•

Vehicle Order management.

•

Process setup and standardization.

•

Support on various Sales Projects.

Learning Opportunities

•

Gain hands-on experience with user access management and role governance across systems.

•

Learn how to conduct gap analyses and stakeholder validation with international markets.

•

Understand the fundamentals of system data accuracy, bug tracking, and issue resolution.

•

Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., DDC, IT, local markets) in a real-world systems improvement setting.

•

Develop skills in documentation, process mapping, and internal communications.

Key educational requirements

•

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a Engineering / Business Management.

•

Excel/Powerpoint knowledge – BI is a plus.

•

Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

•

Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch or other European languages are a plus).
