The Opportunity

Our client is a full-service global commercial real estate company. We are looking for a proactive and experienced Security Manager to take ownership of the security operations for a leading business park in Cambridgeshire.

You will take ownership of operational performance across this prestigious client site, ensuring consistent, high-quality security service delivery. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives on responsibility, stays calm under pressure, and knows how to build a strong security culture.

Your duties include (but are not limited to)

Lead and manage the on-site security team, ensuring high performance

Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, industry standards, and company policies

Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders

Responsible for ensuring that procedures for the security staff remain up to date

Managing resource planning and scheduling

Conduct routine patrols to identify and report security risks or incidents

Maintain accurate logs and incident reports of security-related activities

Control access and egress, verifying authorisation of individuals entering the premises

Full in-house training will be provided.

Essential Skills and Experience

Valid SIA Licence

Full UK Manual Driving Licence

Right to work in the UK and a five-year checkable history

Punctual and reliable

Passionate about creating an expectational customer experience

Knowledge of the MS packages (excel, word, outlook)

Highly intuitive with a curious mindset

Highly presentable in line with our corporate brand
