Business Development Executive Base Salary: Up to £28,000 + Uncapped Commission Contract: Full-time | Permanent Location: Hybrid – 4 days in office, Wilmslow HQ

As a Business Development Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in driving new business growth. You’ll engage with senior decision-makers, uncover their challenges, and introduce them to solutions that genuinely add value. This is a fast-paced, consultative sales role where success is recognised, rewarded, and accelerated.

What You’ll Be Doing

Proactively engaging new B2B prospects through outbound sales activity

Taking a consultative approach to understand business needs and pain points

Booking high-quality appointments for our field sales specialists

Managing activity and performance through a modern CRM system

Consistently achieving and exceeding KPIs and revenue targets

Collaborating with marketing and sales leaders to refine messaging and strategy

What You’ll Bring

Proven experience in outbound B2B sales

Strong communication, listening, and influencing skills

Resilience, drive, and a hunger to succeed in a target-driven environment

Confidence using CRM systems and digital sales tools
